Production and quality control: From material warehousing to production completion, a very complete quality management system based on prevention is in operation. Product processing has been fully CNC and automated, reducing human factors; inspection implements three inspections (first inspection, patrol inspection, and random inspection), and quality problems are vetoed. Automatic laser detection methods are adopted to effectively prevent defective products from flowing out, and the detection results and data acquisition are completed synchronously and stored in a computer for statistical analysis, realizing the PDCA cycle.
Completed the construction of the ERP MES WMS system, realizing the functions of network control of production process parameters (CNC programs), production plan preparation and issuance, production process management, quality management, data statistics, paperless processes, etc. Currently, the material warehouse, finished product warehouse, stamping line, heat treatment line, machining line, coating line, grinding line, packaging production line, maintenance, molds, and measuring tools have realized online data, online management, and online progress.
